If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our Services. Your continued use of any Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.
These Terms apply globally, including to users in the United States, the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and all countries across Asia, including but not limited to India, Singapore, Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, and the People's Republic of China.
2. Services Provided
Syntax Lab Technology provides software products and services including mobile applications, web applications, developer tooling, and related software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any Service or any part thereof at any time and for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any Service.
The Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to any Service.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS. SYNTAX LAB TECHNOLOGY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
- Warranties arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade.
- Warranties that the Services will meet your requirements, achieve any particular result, be compatible with any hardware or software, be secure, uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or currentness of any content, information, or material available through the Services.
No advice, information, or statement — whether oral or written — obtained from Syntax Lab Technology or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SYNTAX LAB TECHNOLOGY, ITS FOUNDER, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Loss or corruption of data or breach of data security.
- Cost of procurement of substitute goods, services, or technology.
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, errors or omissions in any content, or unauthorized access to your data or transmissions.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (including contract, tort, strict liability, or negligence), even if Syntax Lab Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
In all cases, the aggregate liability of Syntax Lab Technology to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the total amount you have paid to Syntax Lab Technology in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (B) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).
5. No Liability for Software Execution and Outcomes
Syntax Lab Technology shall bear absolutely no responsibility or liability — direct, indirect, or consequential — for any outcome, result, loss, or harm arising from the execution, deployment, or use of any software, code, product, or service provided by or through Syntax Lab Technology.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Application crashes, data loss, or security breaches.
- Financial losses or business interruption.
- Inaccurate outputs or unexpected behavior in production environments.
- Integration failures with third-party systems.
- Any decisions made by you or any third party in reliance on the Services.
You acknowledge that software systems are inherently complex, that no software is free of defects, and that you assume sole responsibility for evaluating the suitability of any Service for your particular use case. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups and for testing integrations in a non-production environment before live deployment.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Syntax Lab Technology and its founder, officers, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your access to or use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Any content, data, or information you submit to or through the Services.
- Any dispute between you and any third party.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of these Terms.
7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any connected systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Services — including software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, and written content — are owned by or licensed to Syntax Lab Technology and are protected under the intellectual property laws of Pakistan, the United States, the European Union, and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources provided for convenience only. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of any third-party website or service.
You access any third-party resource entirely at your own risk.
10. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Either party must provide written notice of the dispute, and the parties shall have thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be submitted to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the seat of arbitration shall be Islamabad, Pakistan. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Class Action Waiver: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST SYNTAX LAB TECHNOLOGY.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- EU/EEA users: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law.
- US users: To the extent required by applicable US federal or state law, certain statutory rights may apply and cannot be waived by contract.
- Asian users: To the extent required by the mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws of your country of residence, those laws shall apply in addition to these Terms.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep strictly confidential all non-public information, data, trade secrets, or materials obtained from the other party. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms indefinitely, except where disclosure is required by applicable law or a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Force Majeure
Syntax Lab Technology shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government action, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Syntax Lab Technology with respect to the subject matter hereof.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately.
